Mount Shasta “Alpenglow”

Call or email us to book a tour in advance and discuss tour and wellness treatment availability. We offer services almost every day of the year and remain flexible in order to fit your needs. Tell us your intentions and we’ll do our best to meet them. A nonrefundable 30% credit or debit card deposit will reserve your space. A Confirmation Letter and What to Bring List will be emailed after the deposit is received. Balance is due on or before your arrival, prior to activity. For our winter tours (from November to May) you can rent snowshoes and warm winter gear from a local outdoors shop. Warm summer tours on the mountain (with no snow on the trails) occur from June through September. A “group tour”  is when you bring a group to town that wants to be together. We don’t add people to your tours who you don’t know, since we prefer offering a more intimate experience with those you know. Because of that, it’s generally not possible to join a group tour. Half Day Tour: (4 hours)
1 person private, $400
2 people, $500 or $250 each
3 people, $600 or $200 each
4 people, $700 or $175 each

Full Day Tour: (7 hours)
1 person private, $700
2 people, $800 or $400 each
3 people, $900 or $300 each
4 people, $1,000 or $220 each

All Day Guided Vision Quest: (7  hours)
1 person private, $895
2 people, $995 or $497 (for close friends)
Larger groups will be considered, depending on your needs.

GRATUITY & TESTIMONIALS: Gratuity is not included in the above tour prices, and is always appreciated. If you enjoyed the efforts of your guide, that’s a great way to say, “Thank you!” A suggested amount is 15% to 20% of the total tour price, depending on how well you enjoyed your experience. We also appreciate hearing your testimonials, if you feel inspired. Google, Yahoo, and Yelp reviews are especially helpful.

LIABILITY AND SAFETY: We make every effort to ensure your safety, which is our first concern. However, guided tours do involve some risks. Accidents can occur and personal items can be lost. We assume no responsibility for personal injuries or damages to personal property. We offer guided tours with different degrees of challenge and difficulty. Each person must evaluate their own fitness level as being appropriate for any given trip and communicate that to your guide. We always ask you to sign an Acknowledgment of Risks and Release of Liability form before your tour.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: All deposits are non-refundable, but can be used for a future trip, for a massage, a Shamanic Awakening Session, or to purchase Ashalyn’s channeled books. We reserve the right to cancel a trip because of extreme weather or conditions beyond our control. In this event, all deposits paid to us are still  non-refundable. The few that meet unusual circumstances may result in us refunding your deposit, minus a 15% handling fee.
