DamiEl Balderrama
DamiEl Balderrama is a Toltec Shamanic Practitioner and a multi-modality Energy Medicine Practitioner, and the founder of Lucid Lighthouse Healing Arts, guiding people into direct relationship with Mount Shasta’s sacred land. He is a teacher within the Toltec tradition of Aka Dua, a transmission lineage he was entrusted to pass on to others, and currently offers Level 1 transmissions and Level 2–3 attunements to those called to the path.
When DamiEl enters sacred land, he begins by offering gratitude and asking permission — then opens into active communion with the energy, wisdom, and medicine of everything living there, seen and unseen. That relationship is what he brings with him when he guides: not just a route through the landscape, but an introduction to it.
DamiEl walks a shamanic path centered on healing, higher consciousness, communion with nature, and sharing technologies to help you reclaim your personal power to render your reality. He also offers Gong Fu Cha tea ceremony, both indoors and in nature, as tools to return to the body, the present moment, and to connect with source within.
Together with his beloved, Crystal Scarlett, he co-founded Sanctum Mount Shasta, a healing arts collective and sacred gathering space in the heart of Mount Shasta city, where his healing work continues beyond the trail.

While in Mount Shasta my wife and I spent 2 days with DamiEl as our guide to sacred sites around the area. Sacred Site Tours:
We take you to vortex, portal, sacred spring sites, etc. to help you experience the powerful energy of those areas. There we lead guided meditations to assist you in connecting with the energy of place and attaining your intentions for the day. Transformation occurs for those who are ready to let go and awaken to their divine self and life purpose. These tours are low to medium impact, 4-hour or 7-hour journeys designed specifically for you or your group at beautiful, serene, awe inspiring sacred sites in the Mount Shasta area.
Winter Snowshoe Tours:
The same as a Sacred Site Tour, only offered in the winter time on the snow in Mount Shasta’s winter wonderland. Our tours are done on snowshoes in Winter and early Spring. Winter tours hold their own unique magic, with trees gracefully covered in snow, icicles dripping and snowshoes crunching. Have you ever heard the snow fall? Frozen Castle Lake has been called a “cathedral” by some. If you visit there before the ice is frozen solid, you may hear unique whale-like sounds that are made by the movements of the frozen ice.
Guided Vision Quests:
This 7-hour journey includes everything in a Sacred Site Tour and more – focusing specifically on what’s needed for your spiritual growth in that moment. This journey is designed for those who are searching for in-depth personal growth, spiritual awareness, an understanding of life purpose and what your next step might be. State your intention and see where that takes you. At the end of the day, your guide will revisit that intention, help you remember lessons learned, inspirations gained and help you remember what to accomplish next.

When you hire our professional tour guides, Dan Horton and DamiEl Balderrama, to assist with your commercial tours and events on U.S. Forest Service property, the Special Use Permit we have from USFS makes it legal for your group to hold those events in the Shasta Trinity National Forest. Not only do they know the sacred sites better than most, they’re also certified in CPR and First Aid, and are intuitive healers, readers and teachers. They are more than qualified to make sure your group has a fun, expansive, safe experience on this beautiful mountain.
