Channeling crystals has become a favorite past time of mine. Today I asked for a message from the quartz crystal pictured here, one that I found on Mount Shasta. This is what it had to say – a very timely message indeed.                     ~ Ashalyn

I am Andarreo and I am thrilled to share my truth with you. I am here to tell you that all is well – all is very, very well. Humanity is at a changing point, but this change will be only positive and to the benefit of all mankind. ALL mankind, I said – all mankind, not just to some.

Many people feel that there is something to fear. Well, I say that is an incorrect assumption – one that has gotten us all into trouble in the past and continues to get us in trouble now. Fear is for fools – those who don’t understand the power and the magnificence of that which they already are. Mankind has been “down-sized,” shall we say, in order to “fit” into their small human bodies. This downsizing also affected your brain, I’m sorry to say, in that it became incapable of remembering that it is everything, experiencing all things, at all times.

Allow yourself to Imagine – with a capital “I.”  Imagine that all things are linked together as one – one huge mass that also encompasses everything that ever was and ever will be. This is seriously who you are. And as you begin to Imagine like this more often, you will begin to get glimpses of this expansiveness and begin to feel the pulse of the galactic consciousness that is you.

You wave your hand and the molecules around and through you move in response to the waving of your hand. Imagine yourself as an eagle, flying high above all that you know is real upon this earth. Feel the air currents, the temperature changes, the sound of the mouse running scared on the ground below you as it runs quickly for cover. All these things are a part of you, the eagle, flying high in the sky. As eagle decides to dive towards the mouse and captures it in his talons, the air parts, molecules flying right and left, as all that is eagle follows its intentions, captures mouse and makes it his supper. As that occurs, mouse becomes eagle, as the skies part for eagle to come home to its nest.

The magic of this moment has been lost to our human mind. All we see is that eagle catches mouse and goes home to eat. With our more expanded vision, we see that once eagle gets home to eat, he arranges himself comfortably in the molecular structure we call nest, turns mouse molecules into eagle molecules, satisfying its natural desire for food. The “oneness” has just experienced a specific movement of energy that suits the flow of its natural surroundings and satisfies the belly of eagle. A natural rhythm has displayed itself – one of the many billions, if not trillions of “natural rhythms” that occur within the oneness at all times.

Nature, as we have come to call it, encompasses all actions needed to keep the natural surroundings on our planet alive and well. The laws of nature that govern these interactions are the same laws that govern the interactions of our galaxy and the many other natural interactions that come together to form All That Is, which is never stagnant. All That Is Imagines and moves with the molecules that have responded to its most recent thought, as naturally as a flower blooms in a wild and natural setting.

“Who has control over this process?” you may be asking. No one. It is simply one interaction after another of the molecules that are responding to each other, based upon the Imagination of another creative thinker who is living in the moment. It is a never-ending process.

Can your Imagination Imagine that? If so you would be able to be better at creating that which you are always adding to your Wish List. You would also be better at feeling relaxed and at peace with yourself and your surroundings, for it is this state of peacefulness that allows your Imagination to bloom to its fullest, displaying its exquisite beauty. It is this peacefulness that allows for others to follow suit – to watch a successful Imaginer in the process of Imagining and knowing that success is already a given.

Peace lives in the hearts of all humans. Even though it is often buried under all manner of fear, doubt, anger and frustration, peace still lives within one’s heart. Magic is only a mystery if one does not know how to access the Imagination. Remember, wave your hand and the molecules respond to your movement. Dive down to catch that mouse and the molecules around eagle part in response to its action. It is all a grand symphony, with no beginning, no end, as molecules continue to respond to the Imaginers, forming forms that have been requested; or parting as one form moves with great intention.

Walk quietly in your human form as you contemplate these suggestions. Feel the breeze as it goes past your moving body. Ask yourself whether that breeze is responding to your Imagination of you, walking in human form, or if it is the breeze that is creating the comfort level you find yourself in? Or is it simply being that which you walk within? All are true and contributing to your quiet walk, which could be very, very different if you were running. Take time to watch the molecules around you automatically respond to your movements, your thoughts, your Imagination and allow that “new way of thinking” to help you remember that you are one with All That Is, and that All That Is, is one with you.

Once you have ascertained the reason(s) for becoming “that,” ask yourself, “Does this way of being match my present-time understanding of how I’d like my life to be? Will it assist me in building a strong foundation for my life’s work? Does it make me happy? Does it bring joy into my life? Does it come from a place of integrity? Does it help to make this world a better place?” I call this process “un-doing” that which no longer serves you.

If the answer to any of those questions is “no,” then your work is not complete. Now it’s time to ask questions of yourself like, “What can I do to change “that?” What does my heart really say? Do I need to get professional help or can I figure this one out on my own?” This is where you begin to fill up the space that was created by the un-doing process. It’s important to replace “that” with only positive, supportive things that help you to become a wonderful person to spend time with. And remember, if you love and respect yourself, others will do the same. Enjoy the process!

It was Thanksgiving Day 2009 and I couldn’t wait to drive up Mount Shasta to sit in the snowy silence, give thanks and write once again with my spirit friend, Adama. The words seem to come easier to me up on the mountain. I drove through a few inches of show that covered the forest floor on a backcountry road, parked my car facing the sun, right next to a 4’ wide old growth red fir tree, adjusted my car seat and began to focus on my dear friend, Adama.  The trees were like standing sentinels, or antennae – not moving one bit on that windless, sunny afternoon. I felt very much at home on the mountain, as usual. As I focused my attention on Adama, he came to me saying, “I am that I am this wondrous day,” so I began listening closely to his words, writing them down as I went along.

Time is a concept that is misunderstood by many. Time marches on…time stops still…time and time again…and so forth. Time actually is a convenient way to bring people into the present moment, as we check our watches and what is scheduled in our appointment books. Think back to a time when…and the memory focuses in on that moment, sometimes far away and sometimes very close, but never quite in this exact present moment. Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock…

Present moment captures attention and holds it there until another thought or action occurs and then we’re  in the next present moment, exploring the minute details of that interaction, with our full attention holding us enraptured in that one moment. So how about when the concept of timelessness enters our awareness? What happens when we lose track of time…get lost in the moment…drift off into the timelessness of the oneness? It’s like the replay button has been pushed, or perhaps fast forward, or one of my favorite buttons – pause. The tape speeds up. The tape slows down. The tape simply expands to receive that which lies outside of the realm of time and we escape third dimensional reality for an ever-so-brief moment or two.

What do these moments consist of? What is “the stuff” that allows them to happen? Who said there are no limits to our reality? Are we indeed walking into a different dimension, time zone, space, or perhaps even planetary system? And what of Shamanic journeys? How does that relate to the concept of time?

Time is…and then it isn’t. Can if be bottled or duplicated or dissected to discover its internal parts? You are so old and yet so young. I must go now – it’s time to leave. What keeps us all so fixated on the concept of time and, who taught us to understand the workings of time?

I want you to go on a short journey with me – one that will hopefully help you understand a little (or a lot) more about time. Our journey is one that takes only a moment, but can encompass thousands of years. How can we do that, you might ask? It is simple. We take the time to remember – an event of my choosing. So I closed my eyes to go on a journey with Adama. He then shows me a picture in my mind’s eye of him as a young boy. In those days life was more simple.

I kept falling asleep instead of writing down my experience. Finally I surrendered my pen, put my car seat even further back and decided to write after the journey was complete. I became aware of the solitary screech of a bird in the distance and focused on that tone for what seemed like over 20 minutes. It was shifting my awareness to a place deep inside myself where colors changed before my eyes, faces appeared on my inner screen of vision along with shifting energies and floating thoughts. My breathing was inconsistent, yet peaceful – breathing deeply one moment and exhaling slowly, then not breathing at all for what seemed like minutes at a time. The bird kept singing – never stopping once to catch a breath or change its cadence. Its solitary chant-like tone was like a drum beat that leads one on a Shamanic Journey.

I went deeper and deeper – feeling a warm, tingly energy moving through the cells of my physical body – completely relaxed yet strikingly aware of my surroundings, with my eyes still closed. I tried, but could not open them for I was being taken elsewhere – where I’m not sure, but it was very empowering and expansive. The bird stopped singing and remained quiet throughout the rest of the journey – not even one peep. I saw my past life faces, connected with the power of my soul and became it on an ever-deepening level of awareness. I kept relaxing and surrendering just in case my spirit was to leave my body, but that never happened – I just continued to shift all that I knew was in me with the constant thought that “I know there is more…I know there is more,” as I basked in the radiance around and within me.

After some unknown amount of time, the visions had dissolved and  I was finally able to open my eyes. I feel different now – like the earth is vibrating inside of my soul. What a wonderful way to celebrate Thanksgiving – allowing the expansiveness of the Universe to live more fully in my soul – reminding me that I know, truly KNOW All That Is from a very deep place within my being. I sat there for a few more timeless moments, entranced with the beauty of the totally still forest – still no wind.  just consciousness in its ever-present, eternal stillness. I am now completely alive with wonder. I give thanks, like never before and begin to feel like moving my body again. Then I realize that it’s now time to go back to town for dinner with friends. “Tis the season to be jolly…”

As I drove down the mountain I could literally feel the vibrancy of the colors of nature as I passed by them. The trees seemed more ‘alive’ than usual and the large rocks on the side of the road had an obvious sense of consciousness. I was still very much enchanted by the energy of the forest, my other-worldly bird friend and the intimate knowledge that we are definitely all one. From whom did that bird take its cue? It was definitely a catalyst for my experience of timelessness and it knew exactly when to stop – once I had settled into a very deep, yet waking state of awareness. In all the thousands of hours I’ve spent walking on that mountain over the last 20+ years, I have never heard that particular bird (or any other) sing so intently. I guess it was another piece of Mount Shasta Magic, at its very best!

Thank you so very much Adama. I can’t wait to write with you again! He told me that writing with him should be like an “ecstatic communion” and indeed it was.

What is Telos? Many people believe there is an ancient Lemurian crystal city underneath Mount Shasta called Telos. It’s actually a part of a larger Inner Earth complex of cities most often called Agharta. Supposedly, the many cataclysms and wars taking place on Earth’s surface drove people underground. These cities were created as refuges for the people and safe havens for sacred records, teachings and technologies that were cherished by the ancient cultures. According to that legend, there are several entrances to the many cities of Agharta throughout the world and Mount Shasta is one of them.

When I was asked by Phillip Collins to guide five members of his group, Children of the Awakened Heart, on a 3-day spiritual journey in May 2010, it seemed like an exciting adventure. These five gentlemen had a specific agenda given to them by Archangel Michael through Jeff Fasano, a full-body channel, for opening up Lemurian vortices on Mount Shasta, which I was to help them find. Adama would be our “overseer” for the project.

My first assignment before they arrived was to locate the area near the Main Cavern on Mount Shasta, which Michael called the Gateway of the Lemurian Sub-Culture. Michael, through Jeff, gave me specific clues as to its physical location. I’ve been guiding Sacred Site Treks in the Mt. Shasta area since 1996, so with my intimate knowledge of the mountain and the constant support of Michael’s voice in my head that day, I found the spot pretty quickly on my first attempt. Now I just had to wait a few weeks for the boys to arrive from their homes in New York and Florida.

May 23, 2010 finally arrived. We were all very excited to begin our journey, despite the weather report of snow and rain for most of the week. Dressed in waterproof gear we set out on our first of three 7-hour journeys with only our intuition, trust and a few instructions from Michael to find the six vortices. These vortices we were (in order) the Vortex of Intention, the Crystalline Children, the World, the People, Renewal, and Rebirth. It all went quite well, once we learned to trust ourselves and each other. Each person offered their specific energy and expertise with me holding the feminine Mother energies, contributing intuitive wisdom gained on my 35-year spiritual journey and making sure we didn’t get lost!

My most vivid memory of the many awesome times we shared together, is meditating in the 3^rd vortex – the Vortex of the World. I was first welcomed by Mary Magdelene, Adama and many children and women. The women began to create a very tall circular structure by standing on each other’s shoulders (myself included), touching foot to foot and hand to hand. Then the children came in and climbed up on our knees, etc. so they could stand in the empty spaces created between the women’s legs and arms, creating even more strength to the towering circle structure that was getting taller and taller. Then the men came into the vision and surrounded the circle several feet away from the women – to support the women and children, protect, care and build for them as we all worked together in love and support, towards a common goal. Then, the Galactics came drifting down from above. They surrounded the men to support and strengthen them and also dropped into the center of the women and children’s circle, “to teach the teachers and leaders to live humanely, as together we build the new world.” That vision was incredibly heart warming and inspires me still to this day.

Each one of us had powerful experiences and went through much transformation. We even began to enjoy the unseasonal snowy weather and see how that was a part of our journey as well. The strength, trust and clarity gained there helped us all to have more faith in ourselves and clear the way for our next steps into the future. Four of us went home and wrote books, three of which will be on the market in early 2011. Children of the Awakened Heart changed their name to Angel News Network. Pushing ourselves beyond our supposed limits catalyzed us in ways we couldn’t have imagined. An incredible time was had by all!

The Fabulous Five at the Rebirth Vortex # 6 – the end of this journey and beginning of another

Phillip Collin’s new book is called, “Coming Home To Lemuria, An Ascension Adventure Story,” which will soon be released. It gives an in-depth narrative of the amazing experiences we all had during our Mount Shasta journey last May. I highly recommend it as a lesson in trusting your inner guidance, and more!

In July I got a call from Phillip’s friend in Florida. She wanted me to guide her friends Jose (Shirata) Lizarazo, his wife Alexandra and their teenage son who were visiting from from Suamox (now known as Sogamoso), Columbia and arriving in Mt. Shasta soon. Alexandra’s sister, Marcela, would be our interpreter. Shirata had just written his book, MANOA, about an Atlantean city that is located on the fourth dimension right on the mountains of Manoa in the Llanos Orientales of Colombia. Over 27 years ago, Jose made his seventh attempt to physically enter Manoa and was finally successful. The deities of Manoa directed him not to share any information until 25 years later in the form of a book. This book tells all about his incredible journeys in search of Manoa. It’s written in Spanish, however, but look for the English version to be on the market in early 2011. Another must-read book of mystical adventure and intrigue!

On the tour I took them to two of the vortices that were opened by the Children of the Awakened Heart group – the first (and only) visitors there since our group journey there in May. That’s when I discovered that a tree right next to the Vortex of the People had a new, huge lightning strike scar on it, injecting even more power into the work we did there in May perhaps.

While having lunch at that vortex, Shirata shared with me that his people believe their original language, Mhuysqubun (pronounced muiska), was spoken by the people of Mu, his ancestors. That language “magically speaks to the heart of the humans, reminding them of a beautiful secret – the creation of all.” When the Spanish conquered their country, speaking that language was forbidden by threat of death because they wanted them to forget their old ways. Now his people are doing their best to resurrect their magical ancient language, one word at a time. Shirata also said that some of his people still retain their pure blood connection with the original lineage of Mu. Fascinating!

My day on the mountain with that family was filled with fun, new information, laughter and even more transformation. It also renewed my long-time desire of eventually finding the physical entrance into Telos, right here on Mount Shasta. Thank you, Phillip, for connecting me with them! I can’t help but wonder what other surprises the Universe has in store for us. Magical, mystical tours on Mount Shasta continue to bring unexpected fun, connections and unknown rewards galore as people from all around the world explore the spiritual energy vortex of Mount Shasta.
